`A Lakeland View` Results of our Photo Competition Many thanks to all who entered. As you can see, The standard was extremely high and made judging very difficult! We eventually decided that David Richardson`s beautifully-framed view of the brooding summit of Catbells at Keswick earned him the FIRST PRIZE of a Weekend for Two at the Grange Hotel. Congratulations, David! We couldn`t decide who merited second prize, so we`ve awarded two! JOINT SECOND PRIZE goes to Laura Gilmour for her muted and evocative study of the railway bridge at Grange over Sands, and also to Ray Collister for his superbly atmospheric and technically perfect shot of the jetty at Pooley Bridge, Ullswater. A case of mixed wines will be sent to each of you. Congratulations! We will be Emailing all Runners-up shortly with a voucher for a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy on your next visit to the Grange Hotel - just in time for our next Photo Competition!!
