Bed and Breakfast £95 per person
- Bed & breakfast tariff is per person sharing a twin/double room or standard single room with shower en suite
- Less £5 per person per night for stays of 2 nights or more
- Less £10 per person per night for stays of 4 nights or more
- Less £15 per person per night for stays of 7 nights or more
WINTER OFFER – Deduct £10 per person per night Oct/Nov/Dec 2011
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast £125 per person
- Dinner, Bed & Breakfast tariff is per person sharing a twin/double room or standard single room with shower en suite
- Guests staying Saturday Night only £5 supplement per person

Upgrade to:
Twin/Double for single occupancy – £40 per night supplement charge
- A Standard room on the front overlooking the Bay and Town for only £30.00 per room per night
- A Superior room on the front overlooking the Bay and Town for only £40.00 per room per night
- An Executive room for only £50.00 per room per night with woodland views (Executive room includes welcome fruit bowl and mineral water)
- A Boutique Superior with woodland views for only £50.00 per room per night (A Boutique Superior room includes welcome fruit bowl and mineral water)
Children (0 – 16)
Accommodation is FREE for children sharing with two adults
Breakfast charges:
- Under 5 years – no charge
- 5-16 years – £10 per child per night

* a non refundable deposit of £25 per person is due on booking
* cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation
